Settled is report-generation software. It reads publicly available trading data from the Hyperliquid exchange API for a wallet address you provide and formats it into tax-report files (Form 8949 helper CSV, Koinly CSV, CoinTracker CSV, funding schedule) using the methodology published on our homepage. You review the output and use it at your own discretion.
Settled does not provide tax, legal, accounting, or investment advice. It does not prepare or file tax returns. It does not custody funds, hold keys, or execute transactions. Crypto perpetual futures have no explicit IRS guidance; the methodology we use is a common convention, not a guarantee of acceptance. Verify the output with a qualified tax professional before filing. You are responsible for your own tax filings.
Reports are generated from data returned by Hyperliquid's public API at the time you run the tool. We work to make the math correct and reconcilable, but we provide the software as-is and do not warrant that output is error-free or complete. If you find an error, contact us and we will investigate and fix it.
The report is computed in your browser. Your wallet address is sent by your browser directly to Hyperliquid's public API, not to us. We do not receive, store, or log your address, trading data, or reports. Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles your payment details under its own privacy policy; we receive only payment confirmation. The site sets no tracking cookies. Purchase-unlock state is stored in your own browser's local storage.
A purchase unlocks downloads for one wallet and one tax year, delivered immediately. Because you can preview your full numbers for free before paying, you know what you're buying. If the downloads are defective for your account (wrong math, broken file, missing data that the preview showed), email support@settledtax.com within 14 days with your Stripe receipt and we'll fix it or refund you in full. "I changed my mind after downloading" is not covered.
After payment you receive an access link that re-unlocks your downloads on any device. Keep it. If you lose it, email support@settledtax.com with your Stripe receipt and we'll restore access.
Settled is independent software. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Hyperliquid, Koinly, CoinTracker, or the IRS.
